Whitewater Rafting

We are able to lead guests down 5 different North Island rivers including The Kaituna, The Rangitaiki, The Wairoa, The Motu and The Mohaka. Company director Nick Chater began his adventure history in 1990 as a whitewater guide in New Zealand, as has an imprssive reating portfolio in world hotspots such as California, Coasta Rica, Ecuador and Japan. He has continued to become one of the industry’s best rafting assessors for upcoming guides, has previously sat consecutive years on the NZRA Executive Board. Both Nick and Tak have been members of the New Zealand Raft Team, having competed in the 2006 World Rafting Championships. Men and women of similar stature in the sport often guide on our expeditions.

Our fleet of Giant and GT Mountain Bikes are upgraded annually to provide the best in qulaity, and the latest models available. Our guides knowledge and expertise in this sport, and our ability to introduce clients to rides off the beaten track make our company a fantastic option for your mountain biking adventure.

Kayak & Waka (Maori Canoe)

Maintaining a quality fleet of whitewater kayaks, we are able to provide a variety of lake and river kayaking adventures. Working with local sea kayak providers, we are also able to porvide customised overnight ventures using our beautiful lakes and oceans. Our growing passion for outrigging and waka paddling is enabling us to provide excellent group adventures using traditional carved wakas seating 12 or 24 people, and smaller outrigging wakas perfect for dynamic, fun races.
