An excellent athlete representing in water polo and fin-swimming at an international level and competing along side Nick with the New Zealand Whitewater Rafting team at the World Championships in Bosnia. Tak has become a dedicated outdoor enthusiast, beginning his adventure career studying Adventure Tourism at the Waiariki Institute of Technology. Gaining the position of Top Student and entering into the whitewater sector, he spent 5 years focusing his skills on guiding as a sledge and raft instructor before becoming a part of Multi-Day Adventures. His love for wild New Zealand, and his keen enthusiasm for mountain biking and hiking is combined with his commitment to showing our clients the best possible adventure in a safe and relaxed environment.

Moving in to his fourth year with Multi-Day, Tak has truly become a solid part of our whanau. 2010 welcomes him in as a business partner along side Nick and Kimi to help promote and grow this trusted, unique and quality operation that the husband and wife combination have built.
